How to Make Delicious Scotcheroos

This is how you make scotcheroos step by step.

Supplies

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1 cup peanut butter

5 cups rice crispy's

1 1/2 butterscotch chips

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Step 1 - Gather Supplies

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1 cup peanut butter

5 cups rice crispy's

1 1/2 butterscotch chips

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Step 2

Put 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of corn syrup into microwave safe bowl. Put bowl with ingredients into the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it bowls and mix after.

Step 3

Pour 1 cup of peanut butter into the sugar/corn syrup mixture. Mix all of it together.

Step 4

Pour 5 cups of rice crispy's into a separate bowl.

Step 5

Pour the sugar/corn syrup/peanut butter mixture into the bowl with rice crispy's.

Step 6

Mix all the ingredients until all the rice crispy's are covered with the mixture.

Step 7

Spray a cake pan so it doesn't stick to it. Pour the rice crispy mixture into the pan. Evenly spread out the rice crispy's until it covers the whole pan.

Step 8

Pour 1 1/2 cups of butterscotch chips and 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips into bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir each 30 seconds until they are melted together.

Step 9

Pour the butterscotch/chocolate mixture on top of the rice crispy mixture. Then spread it onto the rice crispy's evenly until covered. Allow to cool before eating.
