How to Make Delicious Cheesecake Bars

Supplies
Crust:
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs(24 full crackers)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 tbs unsalted butter(melted)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 32 ounces(4 blocks) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat Your Oven

First, you need preheat your oven. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. You will know that your oven is preheated is the light goes of inside of the oven or if it beeps a few times.
Gather Your Ingredients

Next, you will need to gather all of the ingredients listed above in the supplies tab. Also, gather any measuring tools you will need, like a cup, 1/2 cup, tablespoon, and teaspoon.
Prep Your Pan

Now, you will need to collect a 13x9 pan and cooking spray. Spray your pan with cooking spray on the bottom of the pan and the sides. Set pan aside.
Prep Graham Crackers

Usually, at your local grocrey store you can buy pre-crushed graham crackers. If you don't want to do that, you can always take 24 graham crackers, put them in a bag, and take a rolling pin and pound them into little bits. Both ways will work the exact same way.
Mix Crust

Mix your sugar, butter, and graham crackers together. make sure that all of the ingredients are fully mixed before moving on.
Put Crust in Pan

Next, you want to put your crust into the pan. Make it a good amount, but not too much or else the crust will be too thick and overpower the cheesecake. Also, put it up the sides so that it has a shape to it. Then, put it in the oven for 12 minutes to ensure that the cheesecake won't make the crust soggy.
Add Ingredients to a Stand Mixer

Next, add your cream cheese and sugar to a stand mixer. If you do not have a stand mixer, add your ingredients to a bowl and use a hand mixer.
Turn on High

Now, turn on high for 5 minutes until creamy and well mixed.
Lower Speed

Lower speed to medium and add in your sour cream, eggs and vanilla extract. mix until creamy and theen pour into your 13x9 pan with the crust in it. Make sure that it is even on all sides.
Bake

Now, bake for 40-45 minutes at the same heat. Make sure to bake till the cheesecake is firm.
Refrigerate

Now, Refrigerate until fully cool(about 1-2 hours).
