Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit of an Audio Amplifier using D882 Double transistor.

Let's get started,

Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -

(1.) Aux cable x1

(2.) Battery - 9V x1

(3.) Transistor - D882 x2

(4.) Battery clipper

(5.) Capacitor - 50V 4.7uf x1

(6.) Speaker

(7.) Resistor - 120K x1

Transistor - D882

This is the pins of this transistor.

Connect Both Transistors

20190925_231839.jpg

Firstly we have to connect both transistors to each other.

Solder Base Pin of Transistor-1 to Emmiter pin of Transistor-2 as solder in the picture.

Connect 120K Resistor

20190925_231857.jpg

Next we have to connect 120K resistor to the transistor.

Solder 120K resistor between Collector pin of Transistor-1 to Base Pin of Transistor-2 as you can see in the picture.

Connect 4.7uf Capacitor

20190925_232034.jpg

Next we have to connect 50V 4.7uf Capacitor to the circuit.

Solder -ve pin of capacitor to Base pin of Transistor-2 as solder in the picture.

Connect Speaker Wire

20190925_232116.jpg

Solder +ve wire of speaker to Collector pin of Transistor-2 and

Solder -ve wire of speaker to collector pin of Transistor-1 as you can see in the picture.

Connect Battery Clipper Wire

Next Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to Collector pin of Transistor-2 and

Solder -ve wire of battery clipper to emmiter pin of transistor-1 as solder in the picture.

Connect Aux Cable Wire

Now We have to connect wires of the aux cable.

Solder +ve (Left/Right) Wire of aux cable to +ve pin of capacitor and

Solder GND wire of aux cable to emmiter pin of transistor-1 as you can see in the picture.

Last Step

Now audio amplifier circuit is completed so connect battery to the battery clipper and pug-in aux cable to mobile phones and play songs.

This amplifier is working awesome.

Thank you
