Hey, watsap my friends welcome yet to another video tutorial, in today’s video we will learn how to make PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS (PCBs) at home even though today’s I done it a little bit professional because we will engrave instead of etching, I have used my homemade 3 in 1 3d printer cnc laser engraver which I built previously,. IN step one is designing the circuit board PCBs, after doing so then export the Gerber files and drill exellion data,

Head to flatcam open Geber files, to create the g code files which the cnc machine understands,

So after opening the Geber files select it

Head to selected, select your tool diameter and click create geometry

Select the geometry you have just created and then go to selected

Set the milling depth for the copper clad

I have explained everything in the videos for it better than Reading you can watch the steps clearly as you read.

After you have created the G CODE files for the pcb the export them.

For milling the PCBs I have used BCNC software although you can use G code xender but I prefer BCNC for milling PCBs because it has autolevel feature which helps not to go so deep in to copper clad z cut depth error

Open the g codes you have created and set your machines zero

TO use Autolevel feature in BCNC

click probe

Click difine margin

Then hit scan

THE machine will scan the pcb saving the z axis depth Reading

After scanning process ends then power up your spindle and start milling the PCBs.

After milling the process repeat the same procedure for drilling holes if there is

Also repeat the same for the board cutout
