How to Make Cupcakes From a Box

Have you ever wanted cupcakes, but don't have enough time to make them from scratch? This is the perfect solution! These easy to make cupcakes from a box are perfect to make in a short amount of time, are delicious, and can be customize! Here is how to make them.

For the cupcakes:

• Betty Crocker French Vanilla cake
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of water
• 3 eggs

For the buttercream frosting:

• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 2 tablespoons of milk

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add your cake mix to your bowl, and add water, oil, and eggs. Stir until completely combined.

Put cupcake liners into cupcake tin and add batter with a 1/4 cup until each is 3/4's full.

Bake cupcakes at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. The cooking time will vary based on your oven.

Once cupcakes are finished baking, let cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.

After the previous step, you are finished! But, there are many ways to customize your cupcakes. I will make buttercream frosting. This easy to make frosting tastes amazing. You can even add chocolate or food coloring!

Add the powdered sugar and unsalted butter. Mix with a hand mixer until fully combined and creamy.
