Happy coffee making.
Grind Your Coffee

Start off by grinding one cup of freshly roasted coffee beans to a medium consistency, somewhat like the texture of beach sand.
Just Add Water

Place the ground coffee into a large glass container and add 4 cups of filtered water.
Stir and Cover

Stir & cover with cling film. Then place in the fridge and leave it overnight or for a minimum of 12 hours.
Filter Cold Brew - First Pass

Pour the cold brew through a sieve and return the course grinds back to the earth.
Filter Cold Brew - Second Pass

Place one square of paper towel into a clean sieve and allow the cold brew to do a second filtration. This time you will be removing the finely ground coffee.
Ready to Enjoy!

Once complete, your cold brew is ready to drink. 8) Heat it up or serve it cold over ice, with or without milk.
