How to Make Cat/bear Baby Rattle

These are the Supplies that you'll need:

• Knitting needles(no.5 or whatever you feel works best)
• two different colour of wool(red and blue)
• polyester stuffing
• tapestry needle
• empty bottle
• rice(rattle)
• glue
• wool or thread for embroidering face

work this rectangle in Stst just changing colour different parts of the project.

Start at: feet-8 rows(red yarn)

Dress-Blue yarn

inc 2 sts

4 rows in garter stitch

Dec 2sts

20 rows Stst

Head-red wool

10 rows Stst

Bind off. Sew up Top and side seams. Stuff this square head. Sew a drawstring around the neck, tie and sew in ends.

Make a rattle with an old bottle(empty vitamin bottle for an example) and rice. Glue on the top.Stick it in the blue dress and stuff around the bottle to hide it and cushion it. Sew up bottom of feet.

Sew ears using backstitch and red yarn. Embroider eyes, nose and mouth.

I did not do this in my example.If you want to make feet try sewing a vertical line from the middle bottom of the feet to the middle bottom of the dress. Use a backstitch like you did with the ears.
