How to Make Diy Bird Cage

Making cage for birds and small pets are good option as it protects them and they feel like it as there home.

Cage making is easy with some basic skills ,today I am making cage on metal using aluminium it will be sturdy and waterproof .

Supplies

Aluminium Beams

10'' x 2

12'' x 4 for support

12''x 2 for door support

12''x 4 for under the cage net secure

16'' x 4 for under the cage net secure

16'' x 4

4.5'' x 2

10.5''x 2

Mesh Net

Aluminium sheet for bottom

Rivets

Door knob

small hinges

Superglue

Drill holes in the 12'' and 16'' beams place 12'' over the 16'' and tighten it with rivet making 2 rectangles one for top and one for bottom

Take 12'' beams and make holes on the edges on both sides place them under the rectangle corner and tighten it with rivet with both the structure on top and bottom making perfect rectangle box

over the front door section of 16'' and marking on 5.5'' and 10.5'' and drill a holes

place Place 12'' under it and tighten it with rivet making a door support

Take 10.5'' and 4.5'' and make rectangle same as previous method

Mark on the Door support over 3.5 and 9.5 and place small hinges and secure them with rivets

Place door on it;s position and also secure it with the rivets making the door open and close smoothly

Cut out the aluminium sheet same the area inside of the bottom part and place there

Put super glue on all it's edges as well

Cut out the mesh wire of all the window areas and superglue it so it just stay there while we put the same size aluminium beam over it from inside the structure and securing it with the rivets doing it all over the cage

Giving the Cage a Knob

Mark the handle hole place and drill it out and secure the door handle with screws .

Our cage is ready for all the small birds and pets
