How to Make Bulgogi Hot Pockets

These instructions will guide you through making Bulgogi Hot Pockets, which are a twist on the Korean bulgogi dish. I was inspired by a TikTok video I came across (https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTMUrDJAe/), but I turned the video into a step-by-step set of written instructions.
The process combines thinly sliced marinated beef with puff pastry and mozzarella cheese. By following these steps, you'll learn how to create the marinade, cook the beef, and create the hot pocket.
