By now I feel as though I am a master at making brownies and wanted to inform others too!

Go to your oven and preheat it to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. For my oven, I hit bake and then I have to hit the done arrow because it is automatically on 350. Then I hit the down arrow until it is 325 and I stop, and the oven starts preheating.

Melt Butter

Get out 10 tablespoons of butter, and put it into a small bowl. Then place the bowl and butter into the microwave and heat it up for 30 seconds. Once finished take it out and cut the butter into multiple pieces, then put it back into the microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat until the butter is fully melted.

Pour Ingredients in a Large Bowl

After the flour is mixed in, do one final combination. Beat/mix the batter for 40-50 strokes, the batter might be thick, that is normal. Also you do not have to worry about over mixing it

*optional, now you can add chocolate chips and mix them in*

Spray PAM

In the 8-inch squares pan, get out pam and spray it along the sides and bottom. Be careful of over spraying pam, do not put to much.

Pour Batter

Pour the brownie batter from the large bowl into the pan. Make sure the batter is evenly distributed along the pan.

Put Pan Into Oven and Set Timer

Open the oven door and place the pan into the oven (be careful not to burn yourself). Once it is placed in there close the open door and set a timer for 21 minutes in your phone or on a alarm clock.

Test Brownies

Once the timer goes off take the brownies out of the oven. Then test the brownies with a toothpick by sticking a toothpick in the middle of the brownies. If the toothpick comes out with batter on it then put the brownies back in the oven and set another timer for 5 minutes. Repeat this process until there is no batter, then turn the oven off and set the brownies on the counter to cool off.

*optional, now you could add powdered sugar on top of the brownies*
