I recently watched episode 1 of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted and he went to a farm in Peru because he had to cook something because he challenged off a friend to a "Cookout" with local ingredients so he went to a potato farm and they told him about a potato. That potato was special to there land and altitude. The color of the potatoes were blue, red and purple. Then they explained why they only grow there and not no other places and the "Roots" of the potato is that the altitude need to be high enough for the potato to turn out that color. And I wanted to mess around I don't have time to try to grow it so I'm going to make it with food coloring.
