How to Make Banana Muffins

I made muffins to save the bananas from going to waste.
Supplies

· 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· ½ teaspoon salt
· 3 large, mashed bananas
· ¾ cup white sugar
· 1/3 cup melted butter
· 1 egg
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
2. Cover your muffin tray with non-stick spray of put paper liners in the pan

3. Sift together your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt); set aside for later do not combine sugar with dry ingredients it will go with the wet ingredients.

4. Combine your mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl.

5. With large bowl slowly fold in dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth.

6. Fill your muffin trays half-way in your baking pan

7. Bake your muffins in the preheated oven. For mini muffins bake for 10 to 15 minutes and for normal/large muffins bake for 25 to 30 minutes. When muffins are ready they will spring back when lightly tapped.
