Hii friend,
Today I am going to make an audio amplifier using D882 Transistor. Here I will use only one D882 transistor.
Let's get started,
Take All Components As Shown Below

![20190915_225116.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FB9/YIH3/K0KTP23A/FB9YIH3K0KTP23A.jpg&filename=20190915_225116.jpg)
![20190915_225026.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F0T/5TR8/K0KTP22U/F0T5TR8K0KTP22U.jpg&filename=20190915_225026.jpg)
Components required -
(1.) Battery - 9V x1
(2.) Battery clipper x1
(3.) Resistor - 1K x1
(4.) Capacitor - 16V 100uf x1
(5.) Speaker x1
(6.) Transistor - D882 x1
Pins of Transistor D882

This picture shows the pinouts of D882 Transistor.
As pin-1 is Emmiter,
Pin-2 is Collector and
Pin-3 is Base of this transistor.
Connect 1K Resistor
![20190915_225428.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F7F/21RF/K0KTP236/F7F21RFK0KTP236.jpg&filename=20190915_225428.jpg)
Firstly we have to connect 1K Resistor to the Base pin of Transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect Capacitor
![20190915_225445.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FBG/DESG/K0KTP235/FBGDESGK0KTP235.jpg&filename=20190915_225445.jpg)
Next we have to connect 16V 100uf Capacitor to the transistor.
>> Solder +ve pin of capacitor to base pin of the transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect Aux Cable Wire
![20190915_225459.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FK3/7F6G/K0KTP234/FK37F6GK0KTP234.jpg&filename=20190915_225459.jpg)
Next connect aux cable to the circuit.
>> Solder Left/Right (+ve) wire of aux cable to -ve pin of capacitor and
Solder -ve wire of aux cable to Emmiter pin of the transistor as you can see in the picture.
Connect Speaker Wire
![20190915_225515.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F8E/RVM7/K0KTP232/F8ERVM7K0KTP232.jpg&filename=20190915_225515.jpg)
Next solder speaker wire to the circuit.
>> Solder +ve wire of speaker to 1K Resistor and
Solder -ve wire of speaker to Collector pin of transistor as you can see in the picture.
Connect Battery Clipper Wire
![20190915_225530.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F7G/04E7/K0KTP231/F7G04E7K0KTP231.jpg&filename=20190915_225530.jpg)
Now we have to connect battery clipper wire to the circuit.
>> Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to 1K resistor and
Solder -ve wire of battery clipper to emmiter pin of transistor as you can see in the picture.
Circuit Is Completed
![20190915_225615.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FZU/5J27/K0KTP22W/FZU5J27K0KTP22W.jpg&filename=20190915_225615.jpg)
Now D882 Transistor audio amplifier circuit is completed.
To play song connect battery to the battery clipper and Plug in aux cable to mobile phone and play songs.
Result : Amplifier will give sound loudly than mobile phone.
NOTE : To get good quality of sound from this amplifier make a box for speaker and put speaker on that.
Thank you
