I made this desert because I'am Peruvian and I haven't had it in a couple of years so I wanted to make it. I also want to teach you guys how to make it. So first you have to put 2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour in a big bowl with 4 tablespoons of powder sugar, 1 tablespoons of salt then you want to sift it in a new bowl then add 1/3 cups of butter or margarine with 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and with you hands you want combine the ingredients together with your hands and you want to turn it into ball likes so. Put it in a bowl and wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it refrigerate for an hour. will it is refrigerating were going to make the dulce de leche so to do this your going to pour a 2 cups of evaporated milk and then pour 2 cups of full fat milk, pour 1 3/4 cups of condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a pot set the stove to medium and you want to stir it till it looks like this caramel color this will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then you want to refrigerate this. Take out the dough and roll it out to about 1/8th inches and 3 mms thick. then use a stensil or a shot glass to cut it out. then put it in a pan and a baking sheet. put it in a oven that is 325 degrees and wait 17 minutes then it it out it should look like this. then you want to put the dulce de leche you made earlier put on one cookie and connect the other to the other side.
