Hii friend,
Today I am going to make a circuit of audio amplifier using 5200 Transistor.
Let's get started,
Take All Components As Shown Below

![20190923_222337.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FGZ/WIJI/K0UTQLOB/FGZWIJIK0UTQLOB.jpg&filename=20190923_222337.jpg)
Components required -
(1.) Transistor - 5200 x1
(2.) Speaker x1
(3.) Capacitor - 2.2uf x1
(4.) Resistor - 1K x1
(5.) Battery - 9V x1
(6.) Battery clipper
(7.) Heat sink
(8.) Aux cable
Transistor - 5200

This picture shows the pins of this transistor.
As Pin-1 is B-Base,
C- Collector and
Pin-3 is E- Emmiter.
Add Heatsink
![20190923_222608.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FHG/S1CW/K0UTQLGK/FHGS1CWK0UTQLGK.jpg&filename=20190923_222608.jpg)
Firstly we have to fix Transistor with Heatsink.(Heatsink will absorb the heat of transistor)
Connect 1K Resistor
![20190923_222628.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F6Z/YU3T/K0UTQLFL/F6ZYU3TK0UTQLFL.jpg&filename=20190923_222628.jpg)
Next we have to connect 1K resistor to the transistor.
Solder 1K resistor between Base and Collector pin of the transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect 2.2uf Capacitor
![20190923_222741.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F6B/1DXV/K0UTQLEH/F6B1DXVK0UTQLEH.jpg&filename=20190923_222741.jpg)
Solder +ve pin of capacitor to Base pin of transistor as you can see in the picture.
Connect Aux Cable
![20190923_222837.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FE0/1WJD/K0UTQLEB/FE01WJDK0UTQLEB.jpg&filename=20190923_222837.jpg)
Next Solder +ve (Left/Right) wire of aux cable to -ve pin of 2.2uf electrolytic capacitor and
solder GND wire of aux cable to emmiter of the transistor as you can see in the picture.
Connect Speaker Wire
![20190923_222906.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FID/DABR/K0UTQLE7/FIDDABRK0UTQLE7.jpg&filename=20190923_222906.jpg)
Next solder -ve wire of speaker to collector pin of the transistor.
Connect Battery Clipper Wire
![20190923_222942.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FH3/8CCK/K0UTQLE2/FH38CCKK0UTQLE2.jpg&filename=20190923_222942.jpg)
Now we have to solder battery clipper wire to the circuit.
Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to +ve wire of speaker and
Solder -ve wire of battery clipper to emmiter pin of the transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect Battery

Our audio amplifier circuit is ready so connect battery to the battery clipper and Plug-in aux cable to mobile phone and play songs.
This type we can make audio amplifier circuit using 5200 single transistor.
Thank you
