How to Make 3D Images for FaceBook

Find an image you want to do a 3D effect for.

Make a second copy of the image, change it to grey scale. Make the parts of the image you want near the back darker on the depth map, and the parts you want near the front lighter, from black all the way to white.

The procedure is shown in the video.

Name the depth map the same as the original image, with "_depth" added. For example sunset.jpg and sunset_depth.jpg.

Upload the original image and the depth map to FaceBook.
