How to Make 220V INVERTER Using 3055 Metal Double Transistor
Hii friend,
Today I am going to make an inverter circuit using 3055 Metal Double Transistor. This inverter is working very well.
Let's get started,
Take All Components As Shown Below
Components required -
(1.) Transformer - 12-0-12 (2A) x1
(2.) LED - 230V (5W) x1
(3.) Resistor - 330 ohm x2 (Here I am 1/4W for demonstration but use 3W Resistor)
(4.) Transistor - 3055 (Metal) x2
(5.) Power supply - 12V DC
Circuit Diagram
This is the circuit diagram of this project.
Connect all components according to this circuit diagram.
Connect Both Transistors
Solder Emmiter pin of both transistor as connected in the picture.
Connect 330 Ohm Resistor
Next we have to connect 330 ohm resistor between Base pin of one transistor to collector pin of other transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect Another 330 Ohm Resistor
Solder again 330 ohm resistor between collector pin of 2nd transistor to Base pin of remaining transistor as solder in the picture.
Connect Transformer to the Circuit
Next Solder 12-Wire of transformer to collector pin of transistor-1 and
Solder another 12-wire of transformer to remaining collector pin of transistor-2 as solder in the picture.
Connect 230V LED
Next connect LED to the secondary coil of transformer as solder in the picture.
Connect Power Supply Wire
Now connect power supply wire to the circuit.
Connect +ve clip to 0-wire of transformer and
-ve clip to common Emmiter pin of transistor as connected in the picture.
(Match connections with the circuit diagram)
Give Power Supply
Now our circuit is completed.
Switch ON the Power supply.
This Inverter is working very well.
Thank you
