You will need the following supplies.
  • Your office plant
  • Pencil(s)
  • A pencil sharpener

Sharpen Your Pencil.

Sharpen a pencil to collect its shreds.

Add Your Pencil Shreds to Your Plant.

Add your pencil shreds to your office plant. Make sure that your shreds go in the potted soil. BONUS: Not only will your pencil shreds deter bugs, but they are also compostable! So, you are upcycling.
