How to Jump Start a Car.

At some point in your life, you will forget to turn off the headlights, leave your key in the ignition, or leave the radio on over night. All these things drain your car battery and you will need to know how to start your battery again because without it you won't travel anywhere.
Supplies
For this to work you will need
1 positive clamp
1 negative clamp
1 other car
How to Arrange the Cars

First, you will need to point the car's front bumper to the front bumper. This is so that your clamps can reach from one batter to the other, however possibly you can park them side by side if the clamps are long enough. Make sure that the car you are using to jumpstart your car has a working battery otherwise, this will not work.
Where to Put the Clamps

You will need to put one end of the red clamp onto the positive side of the dead battery and the other end on the other car's positive side of the battery. This will essentially create a link between the cars so that the electricity can travel to the car with the dead battery.
One end of the black clamp goes to the negative side of the dead battery and the other end goes to the other car's negative side of the battery. This will create a circuit so that the electricity can get to the dead battery.
How to Get the Car to Start
All you have to do for this step is to start the car with a good battery and then wait a few minutes just to be safe you can start up the engine in the dead car and this will make the car start. Once you start the car leave it on for about 30 minutes until you drive anywhere so that the battery can charge up. Once that is done you can drive away and be completely fine.
