Hey there ! Are you tired of sleeping late, slacky mornings, can’t stop yourself from eating junk food, can't get active and much more ? Are you tired of having an unhealthy lifestyle? Well don't worry, you’ve come to the right place ! Follow the instructions below so you can change that bad habit that’s always been bothering you! I bet you can do it! Always remember that this needs time to be part of your everyday life !

Troubles of Sleeping Early

Sleeping late materials needed :

1. An alarm clock

2. A bed

3. Yourself / a person

4. Optional : a warm or hot cup of milk

If you are having trouble sleeping early at night, well here is the perfect solution for you! First, you will need to set the alarm clock to an appropriate early time for the next morning, then try waking up at the same time for a few days, it should make you start being able to sleep more early at night. If this solution doesn’t work for you, I got another one. Before you go to bed, never drink ice cold beverages as the last drink of the day, you may try drinking a cup of warm or hot milk before bed, this will make your body warm up and make you feel warmer, try closing your eyes for minutes, I guarantee you'll be asleep by then!

Fresh and Successful Mornings

1. A face washing towel

2. An alarm clock

3. A chosen outfit for the day

4. Optional : A suitable face washing cleanser for your face

5. A hair tie and hair clips or a headband that will keep the hair out of your face

6. A hydrating cream to moisture you face

Hello, welcome to the “ Fresh and successful mornings'' part of this instructables, in order to feel fresh and productive at the start of the day, these materials will be needed ( written above ). In the first place, set your alarm clock to 8:00 am but depending on your school or work schedule. Remember that no later than 9:00 am should be in your alarm clock. Then, make sure to brush your teeth first thing in the morning, then, if you have face washing cleanser make sure to wash your face with it and it will help with acne too, If not then wash your face with cold fresh water. Rinse your face 2 times with cold water with your face washing towel that you use. After that, make sure that you put on cream that helps with hydration. After that, make sure to put your hair up and clip it with hair clips that keep your hair out of your face ( helps with acne too ) . Lastly, put on your chosen outfit so you will feel prepared and productive for the rest of the day! I hope that worked for you!

Getting Lazy and Not Active?

2. Appropriate clothing for exercising/walks

3. Optional : a weekly planner/daily to do list

4. 1 Yoga mat

5. Optional : a speaker or a device that can play music that you like

6. A phone

Bored at home? Can’t get active? Don't worry, I got you covered. Just remember that you can either do all of these activities in one day or you can do these one by one each day. Firstly, make sure that you change into clothes that you feel active in. Then, you can make a weekly planner or a to-do list to schedule daily walks that can be about 20-30 minutes, you can spend that walking time outdoors to breathe some fresh air too! After that, you may get your yoga mat and stretch out your whole body too! Next, do what you like and vibe to music or chill on your bed ( but if you are watching a technology device, ! I guarantee that you are going to cheer up. Last but not least, grab a phone and video/call/message your family, friends, people you know while walking around the place ( make sure not to sit down ) or this will not be effective for you being active while staying at home. 3. Healthy snacks ( fruits, yogurt, unsalted nuts .etc..)

4. weekly/daily food planner

5. Two boiled eggs/food with enough protein

6. A positive mindset about junk food

Junk food lover? Stop eating rubbish food ! Give yourself a break from that wallop of salt (high sodium ) that’s not good for your own health ! Want to know how to change this bad habit? Keep reading ! Before you start, make yourself a healthy salad, of course don’t put too much salad dressing all that fat will come back to you ! After you eat it, boil yourself two eggs for enough protein ( don’t eat more than two ). It's okay if you're not an egg lover, just eat something with enough protein. After that, try to forget about junk food, and think about junk food another way. You can also make yourself some healthy snacks which has been written up above in the materials list. And the last option is that you can plan out what you are going to eat for the week/day in your weekly/daily food planner which you can even decorate it with different stickers or jewels or even different colours !
