If you need to find the Circumference of a circle, you have come to the right place!
If you need to find the Area of a circle, read this post https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Find-The-Area-of-a-Circle-2/
Step 1.
To find the Circumference of a circle, you must first know the formula.
Circumference = π × diameter
Step 2.
The funny little symbol is called Pi.
Pi is a infinite number, meaning it goes on forever, but in math you will probably only use the first 3 numbers, which are 3.14
Step 3.
D stands for Diameter. Diameter is from one side of a circle to the other.
In this instructable I am going to assume that the diameter of the circle is 4.
Step 4.
So, now that you have learned what the formula means, you can use it to find the circumference.
If you do the math, the circumference of this circle is 12.56
Conclusion
Thank you for reading this instructable!
Sorry if the drawings aren't very good, I used Paint to draw them.
I hope you learned something new!
