How to Extract 3D Model From 3D PDF File

Some times for creation PCB (Printed Circuit Board) components you require exact 3D model of this component, but you have no time to draw it in SolidWorks, moreover often you can find 3D PDF file of such components on manufacturer's sites. So, I will show you easy way to get this 3D model in native CAD format.

Get the Converter Software

Kisters 3DViewStation gives possibility to export 3D data from 3D PDF files. You can try trial 30 days version. Most of 3D PDF file contain the 3D model in *.PRC format. This software can open such file format and export it to many others: *.WRL, *.3MF, *.SAB, *.FBX, *.IFC, *.IGS, *.GT, *.X_T, *.PDF, *.STP, *.STL, *.U3D, *.VSXML

Convert Your 3D PDF to Native CAD Format
