How to Email Tinkercad Links to a Teacher

You will be able to find the Tinkercad links at the end of this guide on how to email your teacher.

1. Tinkercad project ready to submit
2. A Gmail account
3. A teacher's email to send the link to

Go to: https://www.tinkercad.com/dashboard

After you arrive there, click on the project you want to email to your teacher

Press the copy link button

Click: Change visibility

Scroll down on the new GUI

Click on the box that says private

Select public/share link depending on whether you want everyone to be able to see it, or only people with the link.

Press the save changes button on the bottom right side of the GUI

This is where you use your Gmail account. Go to: https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox

Once you are at Gmail, press the Compose button to start a new email

1. Type in the teacher's Gmail address into the "to" part (purple arrow)
2. Type in a subject that best summarizes what the file is (green arrow)
3. Paste the link into the body of the email (red arrow)
4. Press send (blue arrow)

You have now emailed your teacher a Tinkercad link!
