How to Easily Clean an Airfryer
If you are like the thousands of American homes that have purchased an airfryer in the last couple of years, you know how difficult it can be to keep it clean. Our airfryer is a workhorse and is the most beloved appliance for the teenagers and college students in the household, but unfortunately, it is neglected by its users and rarely cleaned. I'm going o show you how you can leverage this appliance to be self-cleaning in just a few easy steps.
Supplies
Dawn dish soap, a dishwasher pod, and a scrubber of your choice
Prep for Cleaning
Start off with spraying the surface with the dish soap and fill the bottom with enough water to reach the inner basket then add the dishwasher pack.
Set It and Forget It
Put the airfryer basket back into the appliance and turn on the heat to 400 degrees for 15 minutes and let it do the hard work!
Final Step
Once the time is up, remove the basket from the airfryer and dump the water in the sink. Give it a quick scrub to get all the gunk and soap residue out. Remove the inner basket so you can clean and rinse them separately. Wipe down the exterior of the airflyer with your choice of cleaning spray and you're done!
