How to Draw a Wolf

in this instructable I will show you how to draw a wolf

first off, you draw a circle.

then you draw a snout for the wolf.

then you add fur. make sure not to do the whole head yet, cause you still need to add ears.

now you draw the main outline of the ears.

now you finish the outline of the head. make sure to make the edges ragged.

now you draw the nose.

now add a small half circle in the nose.

now fill in the nose.

now add a mouth. it can be a different mouth than this one if you want.

now erase a little of the front near the mouth

now curve towards the mouth, replacing the straight lines that were there.

now you can erase the circle inside.

now add details inside the ear.

now add a ear outline behind the other, creating a 3d effect.

now we start on the eyes, the type of eye I am using is from legend of zelda graphic novels

now add a line a bit below the top of the eye, this will be the bottom of the pupil.

now add the outline of the iris

now add the pupil.

now fill in the pupil.

and there you go! you now know how to draw a wolf. this can be adapted to create many other dog type drawings like a fox or a coyote.
