How to Do a Gymnastics Split

Supplies

A floor

Yourself

Flexibility

Lunge

Put your knee on the floor and put your legs at a ninety degree angle, like in the picture

Straight Knee

Now straighten out your front knee.

Now start to straighten out your back leg.

Splits!
