Once you’ve launched the editor;

From the 3D Shapes Category on the Toolbar choose Cylinder; Set Vertical segments to 10

Click to finalize Cylinder

Click to activate Polygon selection; Click on highlighted region to select it

Click Delete button to delete selected object

Click to activate Vertex selection; Click on highlighted region to select it

Click Scale on the Toolbar; Set x to 40, z to 40

Click on selection cube to turn off region selection

From the Modify Category on the Toolbar choose Add thickness; Set Thickness to 1, Use Mirrored Thickness to true

Click to finalize Add Thickness

Click to activate Polygon selection; Click on highlighted region to select it

From the Modify Category on the Toolbar choose Inset; Set Inset Amount to 3, Click Add Option to add next macro step

Set operation to extrusion, amount to 10, Click Add Option to add next macro step, Set operation to inset, amount to 1

Click to finalize inset

Click copy button to copy selected objects

From the modify category on the toolbar choose add thickness; Set thickness to 12. Use mirrored thickness to true

Click to finalize add thickness

Click on mesh 4 to select it

Click stitch & scoop on the toolbar; from the tool panel choose difference, Choose mesh 4(1) to subtract.

Click to finalize difference
