How to Cut or Open Pomegranate

Use knife to cut around and remove the crown of the pomegranate.

Then make shallow, vertical cuts along the ridges on the outside of the pomegranate.

Finally place your thumbs into the top and gently pry open the sections, which will open naturally like the petals of a flower
