Place Smaller End Into Center

Tuck the shorter string in the knot to hide it. When you tuck the string in the center, it should leave a small loop.

Tighten String One Loop at a Time

Using the small loop you just created, continue pulling and removing the excess length loop by loop following the string to the end. This should make the knot tight.

Finished!

When complete you will have one long string with a large Monkey's Fist knot at the end.
