⚙️➡️🍄 In this video I will teach you how to dry your mushrooms and how to vacuum seal them for longtime storage. This is a simple process. I always pre dry with a herb dryer.

⚙️➡️🍄 In this video I will show you how I grind my mushroom fruiting bodies into powder. The powder I use to supplement my main intake of rice. You only need one machine for this process: A good grinder!

⚙️➡️🍄 In this video I will teach you how to create a great double extracted mushroom tincture. For the 1st extraction we will use an alcohol solution. The 2nd extraction will be a hot water extraction. The liquid will be mixed and extensively filtered in order to achieve a high-quality tincture. We will use mainly coffee filter and a Buchner filter. After we bottle our tincture in pipette-bottles and label them.
