How to Construct Cake Pops
In this how to you are going to learn how to construct a cake pop from start to finish. Whether the occasion be a birthday party, a wedding, or just for fun cake pops are delicious easy snacks fro anyone yo make! Things to be aware of:
- This is SUPER messy, gloves should used!
- The color of the cake pop as well as the flavor is up to you!
- Have fun and be creative!
Prestep: Gather Supplies and Have Cake Ready
The supplies you will need is
-Bowl
-Whisk
- 3 eggs
-Oil
-Yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of water
-Lollipop sticks
Once all of your supplies is mixed you put it in a pan and cook it at 350 degrees fro 40 minutes. Once it is cooked you are ready to construct your cake pop.
Take Your Cake and Crumble It
Once your cake is in a container of choice you can then crumble it. You do this just with a spoon.
Put on Glove
Put a glove on your hand to prepare for the addition of frosting.
Add Frosting to Crumbled Cake
With a spoon, add a spoonful and stir, continue to add frosting by the spoonful until it is fully covered and sticky.
Form Cake Into a Ball
With you hand that has a glove on, grab cake out of the bowl and start to shape it in the form of a ball.
Place All Cake Balls Onto a Plate
One all of your cake pops have been rolled you must then put them on a plate and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
Insert a Lollipop Stick
Once the cake pops have been in the freezer for 2 hours take them out of the freezer and insert a lollipop stick into the ball.
Melt Your Chocolate Candy
Melt your chocolate candy of choice in the microwave in 3o second increments making sure to stir after each 3o seconds.
Dip Your Cake Ball Into Melted Chocolate.
Once your cake ball is finally on the stick and is now a cake pop, you then dip it into the bowl of melted candy, coating it as you desire, but making sure to get the part where the stick and cake ball meet.
Sprinkle Sprinkles on Your Cake Pop
Before your candy has dried on completely add on sprinkles to it, and color or style is fine.
