This step by step tutorial will help you understand how to easily connect your Switch to your television.
Materials that will be needed:
1. A Nintendo Switch
2. A Nintendo Switch dock
3. Joy cons
4. An AC adapter
5. An HDMI cord
6. A television

Open the back cover of the Nintendo Switch Dock
Connect the USB plug from the Nintendo Switch AC adapter (model No. HAC-002) into the top terminal of the dock that is labeled "AC ADAPTER," then connect the other end of the AC adapter the AC port .Connect one end of the HDMI cable into the bottom terminal of the dock labeled "HDMI OUT," then connect the other end into an HDMI port on your television.
You are the going to close the back cover of your Switch.

You going to remove the joy-cons by holding the buttons on the back of each joy-cons and pulling them up. With the results being here.
Position the console so that the console screen faces in the same direction as the front panel on the dock, then insert the console into the dock.
Plug the ac adapter into a charging port.
Then turn on your tv, go to the correct HDMI channel and now you can play the Switch.
