How to Build a Mini Greenhouse

Let's start with making a tiny green house for setting out seeds a bit early to extend the growing season! The glass window will help trap the heat inside so it can keep the box as warm as possible and you can plant seeds a little earlier. It's basically a mini green house at home.

I just made this using a window we used before and some scrap wood that we were going to throw out but I realized it can used for this mini green house. What's the most important thing is to have the window or maybe a piece of acrylic, you can construct a decent one using it.

First off for this part is to cut the wood. Our goal is to build a box with a diagonal top. I left the bottom as it is because the opening will be used as the drainage so you don't need to worry about the drainage system.

Our third step is to put everything together! I just used some hinges to attach the window to the box so I can easily open and close it whenever I need to.

And we are actually done! Tada! I positioned my mini green house facing south so it can get as much sun as possible. So now we just have to put our desired plant seeds and of course some pots in it. Make sure to water it regularly so the seeds can grow fast and healthy with enough sun and water.
