So you're a horticulturalist with a passion for growing plants, and you've decided to build a greenhouse. This is actually a common project for many gardening enthusiasts, though the size of the job can be intimidating.

Luckily for you, learning how to build a greenhouse is all a matter of knowing what to learn from. And, today, it's our complete pleasure to bring you our ten-step guide to putting together a greenhouse of your very own.

Start by choosing a north or south faced location as it has consistent lightning.

You should also consider your location to be in between deciduous trees, not evergreen because deciduous trees shed their leaves in the winter and this is the time when your plants need more sunlight.

Quality and Material

If you commit to building a greenhouse, it is imperative that you not skip on quality.

Choose the right material for covering your greenhouse construction it should be strong and durable to all weather conditions.

  1. You can use Greenhouse plastic unlike other plastic it is quite durable hardy and do not tear when even cut. Polycarbonate plastic, Polyethylene plastic, Polyvinyl plastic or Copolymer plastic can also be used.
  2. Covering rolls covering panels, woven greenhouse covers can also be used.

Cooling, Ventilation and Heating System

Cooling systems make use of mechanical and natural ventilation, to actively bring down the temperature of a room. They may also use shading to achieve the same effect. Quality products are important in achieving efficient homeostasis. Select the appropriately-sized system and you'll have a perfectly-cooled growing room.

Heating systems circulate warmed air around the room with the help of your ventilation installation. Heating has a direct correlation to the type of growth of plants.

This is a simple example of the greenhouse with all the features listed above such as ventilation and heating system with good quality and good material with solar energy storage system. In this green house you can grow multiple crops at a time to increase the production.

I used Tinkercad to design this it is a free software and easy to use.
