How to Bake an Apple Pie

Hello, my name is Abby Gieseke. I’ve always loved to bake things. It really brings the family together when the smell of a freshly baked pie fills the house. In going to show you in a couple easy steps how to bake an Apple pie. Did you know there are almost 7,500 different apple pie varieties! Let jump right in!!
Needed:
Apples
Sugar
Flour
Cinnamon
Butter
Homemade pie crust or store bought
Pie pan
Before anything Preheat the oven to 350-400
Pie Crust

First, put the pie crust into a pie pan.
It will need to be shaped into the form of the pie pan.
When its time to add in the apple slices (next step) the crust will fold over the edging of the crust onto the slices so there is no hang over crust.
The Filling

Secondly, skin and slice the apples,
after the slices are all cut mix them in a 1 cup of sugar and 1 Table spoon cinnamon mixture.
Mix more if needed to evenly coat apple slices.
Then add to the top of the pie.
Top Crumble

Thirdly, its time to make the crumble.
In a bowl mix; ½ cup butter, 1 cup Flour, and ½ cup sugar.
Mix thoroughly until it’s a crumbly consistency.
Evenly coat on top of the pie
Oven Time

Finally, it’s time to put the pie in the oven
which is set at 350-400
the pie will have to bake for 45-55mins
when the pie is out of the oven it will have to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool
