How to Assemble a Pedestal Electric Fan?










Electric fans are one of the most useful appliance ever made, it give's us ventilation and coolness in every room. It is a necessity in every household, offices and in any place, thus one should know how to assemble an electric fan. It's very easy as 1-2-3, even a kid can do it.
Supplies
Parts:
- Base
- Pedestal
- Motor head
- Switch set
- Rear guard
- Front guard
- Guard ring lock
- Blade
- Screws
Tool:
- Screwdriver set
Establishing the Base

Screw the pedestal to the base using philips screwdriver (4 screws)
Connecting Motor Head to the Pedestal

Place the motor head on top of the pedestal and insert it to the tubular metal stand.
Tightening the Screw Knob

Tighten the screw knob on the motor head to the tubular stand.
Connecting the Switch

Slide the switch at the back of the motor head to connect in the unit.
Screwing the Rear Guard

Screw the rear guard to the motor head using a phillips screwdriver (4-screws).
Screwing the Blade

Insert the blade to the motor shaft and screw it.
Placing the Ring Lock

Place the guard ring lock on the front guard, let it hug the rim of the front guard.
Fitting the Front Guard


Fit in the front guard to the rear guard, then tighten the screw of the ring lock.
Adjusting the Height


Adjust the height of the fan by loosening the knob on the pedestal to the desired height.
Plug-in


Connect the male plug-in to AC wall outlet.
Switch On


Turn the switch knob to test its functionality
And Your Done!!!
