How to Access Your Music Without Itunes!!

This Instructable will show you how to access the music on your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad without iTunes

1. Go to your web browser

2. Copy and Paste the link below

3. Download Sharepod

Windows 7 or Earlier

1. Method #1 : Start Menu

• Go to the Start menu
• Type in Sharepod
• Double Click on the icon to open the program

2. Method #2 : Desktop

• Go to your Desktop
• Double Click on the icon to open the program

Windows 8 or 8.1

1. Method #1 : Side Bar

• Open the Side Bar
• Click Search
• Type in Sharepod
• Click on the icon to open the program

2. Method #2 : Start Menu

• Go to the Start Menu
• Click on the drop down arrow in the bottom left corner
• Type Sharepod in the search bar
• Click on the icon to open the program
• Instead of searching you can also scroll over until you find the program

3. Method #3 : Desktop

• Go to your Desktop
• Double Click on the icon to open the program

1. Go to your desktop

2. Right click and select New

3. Select Folder

4. Right click on New Folder

5. Select Rename

6. Change the name of the New Folder to Ipod Music

1. Plug your Ipod, Ipad, or Iphone into the computer

a) Wait for it to load

b) Once it loads, ex out of Itunes (if it pops up)

1. Select song/Songs

a) Method #1 : More Than 1 Song in a List

• Highlight the first song you want to copy to your computer
• Hold in the shift key on your keyboard
• Select the last song you want to copy to your computer

- This will highlight both songs and any songs in between them

b) Method #2 : 1 Song at a Time

• Select the song you would like to copy to your computer

1. Right click on the highlighted song/songs

2. Select transfer selected to a folder

3. In Browse For Folder select the drop down menu for This Pc/My Computer

4. Select drop down menu for Desktop

5. Select Ipod Music
