How Not to - Whiskey Flash Drive
Well the idea's solid and perfectly do-able, I just happened to destroy the only baby bottle of whiskey I have other than JD, which isn't a good shape, vodka bottles are clear which I though ruined the idea a bit.
People always give me baby booze and I never throw the bottles out since they're so little and seem so keepable for no specific reason...

Tools and Materials
Tools:
- You'll need a dremel or a drill and some steady hands, I used a monstrous Ryobi that can barely be held in one hand and the smallest bit I could find
- A stanley or craft knife, an exacto style one might work too though the blades slip or bend out of the holder very easily
- Glue, hot glue, super glue something gluey...
Materials
- A little liquor bottle of your choice, needs to be plastic
- A flash drive, I used an 8GB Sandisk Cruzer
- Clear cast resin and colouring dependent on your liquor

Starter Holes
I marked the USB hole with a knife then drilled holes in as a starter to making the slot for the USB, the slot must be large enough to accomodate the largest bit of the drive since there's no way to put it in from the other end.
Take care and run the drill slow until the hole's started, piloted wood bits work nicely because the point sticks in to the plastic and stops the drill from slipping.
If you have a dremel and a cutoff wheel you could cut the hole and finish it with that instead of the next step.

Knifing Around
After drilling the starter holes use a sharp knife to cut the edges in and finish making the hole.
Slide in the Flash Drive
Slide the flash drive in, lining it up and maybe using something to hold it in place.
Don't Try to Look at It in the Computer.
This is how I ruined the project, I slid the flash drive out a bit and put it in to the USB port, slid the bottle down to see how the finished project would look and slid it too far.
On taking the drive out by pulling the bottle it popped inside the bottle and became rather trapped, like mutilate the bottle trapped.

If You Managed Not to Mess Up Like Me.
Glue the drive in to place, sealing around the drive carefully.
Make up your resin, around 45-50mls will make it look like a full bottle, fill up through the top, hence sealing the bottom of the bottle.
Enjoy a non failed version of this project...
