A small cross head screwdriver, A pair of pliers, Patience (extremely needed, I almost ran out :P) and a bit of time. Remember, before we start, if you damage your gun it's your fault, you do this modification at your own risk. First of all, you will see 4 screws at the bottom of the jolt, remove them. (Screws shown in picture). Gently slide out the assembly, however when you do this you will need to be pulling the trigger in. For Now, put this aside.

Using your screwdriver, gently hit the spring about until it comes loose and falls out, the air restrictor will now rattle inside the jolt. This did take me about 10 minutes. It's quite tricky so if your really need to do use a pair of pliers.

Ok, so you've finally got to that pesky AR. Now the only way to get this out Is to chew it up into pieces with a pair of pliers until it falls out!
