How to Make Vegan Eggnog
Check out the printable recipe here: http://vegetarianbaker.com/vegan-eggnog/
Eggnog is a sweetened dairy-based beverage traditionally enjoyed around Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is made with milk and/or cream, sugar, and whipped eggs. It is often spiked with rum or brandy and has the flavors of nutmeg and cinnamon. However, it isn't vegan friendly. Vitamix shared with me a recipe for Vegan Eggnog that is frothy and delicious. I know that you all are going to enjoy this one. Now Vegans can join in on the holiday toasts.
