Length Fold
Take your paper and fold it in half along your length.
Corner Fold
Pull the corners into the center.
Nose Folds
Pull the point of the nose down to the bottom of the corner folds. Then fold the corners in again. Repeat.
Pull Fold
Pull the top down along the bottom of the corner folds. Then pull all but about 1 inch of the fold back up.
Skid Folds
Now fold the skids. Pull the edges to the previous folds. Repeat on the other side.
Open and Complete the Skids
Open your folds from the previous step. Then reclose them as pictured.
Fold the Fuselage and Tail
Fold the wings from 1 inch above the center of the paper. Then fold the tail as pictured and detailed. Fold the tail between the fuselage and return it to its "folded in half" position.
Fold the Winglets
Fold a winglet on the wing. Repeat on the other side. Now pull the airplane open.
Tape Your Airplane
Tape the nose of your plane, the two slats, and the bottom folds and tail all together.
Flight
Your Tracker is now ready for flight. Enjoy!
Modifications
Although it may not seem it, the Tracker is a highly adaptable aircraft. I have made two modifications to the Tracker, each quite extensive.
F173-1 Super Tracker: A Tracker with a modified front and landing gear,
X67-1 Turbo Tracker: A Super Tracker with the landing gear and skids converted into nacelles.
