Pull the nose down along the bottom of the corner folds. After completing that aspect, pull the corners in once again. Now fold the plane in half along its center.

Preparing the Trailing Edges

While the "dirty" side (the one with the corner folds and airfoil on it) is on the outside of the half fold. pull the rear wingtip corners to the airfoil's rear. Repeat this on the other side.

Cut the Trailing Edge

Now fold your plane up in half with the airfoil in between the two sides. Then cut along the crease you previously made. Cut off the scraps that come from the trailing corner and recycle them.

Make each wing by folding own all but one inch of each side of the paper. Once each wing is folded, fold the winglets up 1 inch in from the wingtip. Once you've established a crease, fold the winglet back down under the wing along the crease.

Taping

Taping your Shriek is very easy. Tape it at the front and back of its fuselage.

Flight

The Shriek is forgiving as fast planes go. With a medium speed launch requirement, it is fairly easy to throw and is also fairly resistant to winds. It also has good long range characteristics.
