Cover Fold Preparation

Fold one corner of your paper to the edge of the opposite side. Then open and repeat on the other side. Then pull the top half of the X onto the bottom half.
Cover Folding

Tuck the paper in under itself. The pictures represents what the paper should appear like.
Counterweight Folding

Pull the edges of the cover folds up to the front as pictured. Then fold the diagonal edge to the center line and repeat on the opposite side. Then fold it in half along its center.
Mark and Cut the Trailing Edge

On the wingtip, two inches from the back of the airfoil, make a mark. Then use your ruler and pencil to make a line to the center, just behind the airfoil. Cut your trailing edge along this line.
Taping and Airfoil and Angling Checks

Tape your Scimitar at the back of its airfoil, at the center. Then check your plane by making sure there is significant space between the skin of the airfoil and that of the wing. Then check the wing to make sure there is no anhedral nor dihedral.
Flight

Flying the Scimitar is fairly easily. Let it go after advancing it at moderate speed (don't throw it). The Scimitar should fly over 30+ feet. Enjoy!
