Begin Folding

Fold your paper in half along its length. Then pull the corner to the center. Repeat on the other side.
The Security Fold

Pull the top down to 1 inch above the rear of the aircraft. Then pull the corners into the center again. Repeat on the other side, then pull the triangle lock fold over the two corner folds. Then fold along the center line in half.
Fold the Wings

Pull the wings down as you would any normal dart. (There is no definite angle though)
Winglet Folds

Fold the winglets angled parallel to the fuselage. Pull the plane open.
Tape

Tape at the nose and the tail, just below the wings.
Flight

Your Rapier is now ready for flight. Launch it as your would any dart. Enjoy!
Modifications

You can modify your Rapier to several other designs:
A24-1 Savage: A Rapier with gull-wings and a large vertical stabilizer.
EA24-1 Tracer: A Savage with an "electronic warfare" tail.
