Hummus is a Middle Eastern and Arabic food dip or spread traditionally made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. However, most people don't have tahini in their pantry, so peanut butter is the next best thing.

2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Lemon Juice
