I recently got back into makeup again but didnt want to buy any products. Thats what inspired this idea.
Ingredients:
A small bowl
Colored pencil
Water
Eyes
A little gay magic

Make
Pour hot water into container and let the pencil sit for up to 10 minutes 5 for a thinner solution and 6-10 minutes for a thicker solution
(I recommend 10 minutes)

Use
Apply just as you would regular pencil liner
