Ore Blocks

Take iron blocks and stack them two high.

One on Each Side

Put an ore block on each side of it.

Jack O Lantern

Put a jack o lantern on the top in the middle where the head would be.

Iron Golem

Once you've put the jack o lantern on top you should have an iron golem.
