How to Make a Temporary Tattoo With Eyeliner

This is how to create a temporary tattoo with liquid liner. Very easy.

For this tutorial, you will need • liquid black eyeliner • brown/black/white pencil eyeliner • translucent powder (or baby powder) • q-tips • a design of your choice

Using your pencil liner, draw your design on the area of your choice.

Draw on your tattoo with your liquid eyeliner. If you mess up, wet a q-tip and fix it.

Clean up the edges and then wait for it to dry.

Take your powder and lightly dust it on top of the tattoo. This will give it a realistic look. This will also make it last longer
