How to Make a Resume That Gets Lots of Responses and Leads to a Great High Paying Job

Getting a job is a lot like dating. Most people will tell you it is a numbers game. And it is. The more people you interview with the more likely you are to get a job, and the better you will get at doing interviews. That's why it can be important to create a resume that is not optimized for getting a job, but rather getting interviews.

Recruitment today is more like search, than it used to be. Recruiters have a list of words they have chosen off of the job description and they just send a bunch of "spam" to those people who match the search. They then ask for a copy of your resume. This mis-match between what is on Monster, and what is on your actual resume is what we will exploit to help you find a great job, and get an interview you might not have otherwise.
