How to Make a Laser Cut Laptop Stand
I had downloaded a laptop stand and cut it out at TechShop Round Rock- Austin and it was extremely flimsy. I did not like this. I designed this laptop stand to fit my 15 inch Macbook Pro. I uploaded the .AI file so that you can scale it then use a laser cutter to cut it out. Then assemble.
I used 1/8 inch MDF for the pieces
I chose the MDF for how cheap it was and sturdy.
I made this at TechShop

Download the file.
Change the gaps where the pieces connect to your specific material that you will be cutting.
Use Adobe Illustrator.
I said it in the intro slide but I will say it again.
